PRICING NOTES
- Condition pricing applies: "Light" (maintained property) = prices as listed. "Standard" (normal wear) = prices as listed. "Heavy" (neglected or damaged) = up to 50% premium.
- Estimates are approximate -- final pricing confirmed after walkthrough or review of photos. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- Minimum charge: All visits carry a $120 minimum (1 hour). If the cleaning takes less than 1 hour, the minimum still applies. Additional hours billed at $120/hr.
- Cancellation: Free cancellation with 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a $60 trip fee.
- Payment: Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, check, or credit card. Invoiced same day, due on receipt (unless Net-15/30 partner arrangement).
